The Lipsker&Co. Company installs soil nails to stabilize slopes and support soil excavation.

The Company’s has vast experience working on a large scale in projects dealing with all types of soil and rock. This work usually requires the insertion of soil nails followed by the installation of steel meshes and shotcreting.

The work is executed as excavation progresses from top to bottom. The stages include drilling and after that the installation of grouted soil nails or alternatively, using “self-drilling” nails inserted together with the grouting in a single process. The flexibility of this method means that there is no need for piles and the work is completed at a rapid pace. Other advantages of this system include a significant saving on the quantities of concrete and steel required; the equipment used does not need a large working area. Furthermore, this method reduces disruption of traffic and other adverse effects on the environment.
