Typically, this project had very high retaining walls with statutory limitations on their execution, requiring the installation of especially short anchors using an injection method developed by Lipsker & Co. to provide relatively high service loads. Lipsker &Co.installed almost 1.000 temporary and permanent anchors along the entire route. All the anchors passed testing successfully.
