Semel
One of the most complex and challenging projects carried out in Israel. Six rows of temporary steel and polymer anchors in kurkar sandy soil. The bottom rows were carried out under 12 meters of water. The site is surrounded by roads and sensitive buildings, including a synagogue right on the outskirts of the pit. Lipsker & Co. implemented hundreds of anchors without failure while coping with significant water pressure. The work was praised for its great professionalism.
