Grouting and Jet Grouting
Cement – Chemical Grouting
Usually, cement grouting is injected into pre-drilled holes. Injection pressures are balanced and stabilized by the grouting system, which also supplies the correct proportions of cement, water and additives.
The Lipsker&Co. Company executes pressure regulated grouting, micro-cement and chemical injection used for: Soil stabilization, rock rehabilitation beneath existing buildings, to strengthen foundations, prevent building subsidence, tunnel sealing, the reinforcement of tunnel linings, slope stabilization, retaining and foundation systems using solid cement columns and more…
The Lipsker &Co. Company owns and operates a very wide range of injection units and mixing systems, operating at pressures up to 100 bar.
Jet Grouting
TLG (Tecnasol – Lipsker Geotechnics, a Lipsker subsidiary), specializes in the field of jet grouting.
This technique is used to inject cement grouting into the soil at very high pressures reaching up to 700 bar. Such extreme pressures break down and then improve and reinforce the properties of the natural soil.
Jet grouting can be used in a wide range of applications, including:
• The formation of blocks enabling the movement of TBM machines and to enable the excavation of connection tunnels beneath the water table.
• Reinforcement of building foundations, to prevent subsidence and when load is to be added to an existing structure.
• Sealing against water entry between piles.
• The design and execution of jet grouting bottom plugs sealed against water and therefore, when working close to adjacent buildings, hazardous dewatering is unnecessary.
TLG owns and operates all sizes of jet grouting equipments from very small to very large and operating at pressures up to 700 bar.
