Soil Anchors

The Lipsker&Co. Company pioneered and developed the use of soil anchors in Israel. The load bearing capability of an anchor is a function of its geo-mechanical grip deep in the soil or rock, beyond the range of theoretical destruction. Anchoring must prevent dangerous soil movement and that is the critical importance of anchoring technology. It is the first and most important component in ensuring safety during underground construction work.

That process as a whole ensures that the anchors comply with all the technical demands, the relevant specifications and the standards, including the Israeli Standard for permanent anchors: SI 940, Part 4.2, from January 2011.
